Does Splash offer unlimited car wash memberships?

Yes — Unlimited memberships are our bread and butter. Wash as often as you like, wherever you like, on a monthly or an annual plan.

How does a Splash Unlimited membership work?

Accepted Answer

Your license plate goes into our system when you join, so you're recognized automatically at the gate and can wash as many times as you want at any Splash location. Members get dedicated express lanes, $30 off every oil change, and — on an Interior Clean plan — unlimited interior cleanings too. Memberships renew automatically, monthly or annually, until you cancel.

What does a membership cost?

Accepted Answer

Basic is $23 a month, Good $29, Better $36, and Best $40. Pay for the year up front and it's $253, $319, $396, or $440 — roughly a month free. Single washes run $12 to $28 if you'd rather not sign up.

Can I put more than one car on my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it costs less than a second membership. Additional vehicles run $19 a month on Basic up to $32 on Best, each with the same unlimited washing.

Can I transfer my membership to another vehicle?

Accepted Answer

A Splash membership is for one vehicle per tag. If you replace or change vehicles, let a team member know or update it in your account. And if you're looking to add another vehicle rather than swap one, you can do that at a discounted rate.

Can I use my Splash membership at every Splash location?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unlimited members can use their membership and their benefits at any of our Arkansas locations.

How often can I wash my car with an unlimited membership?

Accepted Answer

If we're open, come on in. You're welcome and invited to use your membership to the fullest and wash as often as you want, subject to normal location availability, weather, maintenance, or equipment closures.

How do I cancel or change my Splash membership?

Accepted Answer

You're in complete control of your membership. Make changes or cancel any time online or by talking to a team member. To stop the next automatic charge, cancel at least seven days before your billing date. Your membership stays usable through the rest of the billing period you've paid for, and partial refunds aren't provided for unused time.

When am I charged?

Your plan recharges automatically on the same date every month — or every year on an annual plan — until you cancel it.

Do I get a refund for the rest of the month?

No — there are no prorated or partial refunds for unused time. Your membership keeps working through the cycle you've already paid for.

How do I update the card on file?

In your Splash account, alongside your plan and your member status. It's the same place you'd go to cancel.

How much does a car wash cost at Splash?

It depends on how often you'd like to wash and how much shine and protection you'd like. A single Splash car wash starts at $12 for our Basic Wash, and Unlimited monthly plans start at $23 a month.

Every Splash wash includes a soft-touch wash and dry. Good adds Tire & Wheel Cleaner. Better adds Tire Shine and Body Shine. Best adds Lava Foam Conditioner, Enhanced Tire Cleaner, Enhanced Wheel Cleaner, and Graphene-Infused Ceramic for maximum shine and protection.

Is an automatic car wash safe for my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

All of our wraps use soft-touch materials and are maintained regularly to keep your vehicle safe through the tunnel. Certain vehicle conditions, loose parts, aftermarket accessories, and pre-existing damage do require extra consideration, so review our wash disclaimer before visiting if you have concerns about your vehicle.

Can trucks and SUVs go through the Splash car wash?

Our tunnels have an average height clearance of 7 feet, so many standard trucks and SUVs can use Splash car washes. Vehicle modifications, accessories, and items in a truck bed may require special consideration — remove loose items from your bed, and review our wash disclaimer if you're unsure about your vehicle.

Can vehicles with roof racks or other accessories use the car wash?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle accessories require special consideration. Our wash disclaimer specifically identifies ladder and luggage racks, running boards, spoilers, decorative lights, antennas, bug shields, sun visors, aftermarket parts, and other non-factory items as items Splash cannot accept responsibility for. If you're unsure about an accessory on your vehicle, ask a team member before entering the wash.

Do Splash locations have free vacuums?

Most Splash Car Washes do have free vacuums, but we have a few that don't. Conway on Old Morrilton Hwy., Little Rock on Geyer Springs Rd., and North Little Rock on JFK Blvd. do not offer free vacuums — you're welcome to use the free vacuums at any other location.

What's the best way to remove bugs and pollen from my car?

Washing, and washing often — when it comes to bugs and pollen it's not just one battle, it's a war. The best way to protect your car from buildup is a graphene-infused ceramic coating, included in our Best Wash. It makes your wash last longer by creating a protective, hydrophobic coating that helps rain bead off and makes it harder for bugs and pollen to stick to your vehicle.

We may be biased, but we think you should wash your car often. Between Arkansas bugs, pollen, and weather, our vehicles can take a beating. Your paint job will thank you.

Tell the manager at that location within 24 hours and they'll re-run your car or credit the wash.

Yes. Splash offers express Interior Cleaning at select locations, with no appointment needed. Life happens. We'll handle the mess.

What is included in Splash Interior Cleaning?

A Best exterior wash, compressed air for hard-to-reach areas, vacuuming, an interior wipe-down, door jambs, inside and outside window cleaning, an exterior towel dry, and hand-cleaned rims and tires.

It's $65 on its own, $35 as an Unlimited member add-on, or $80 a month for unlimited interior cleans.
